OVERVIEW

The Day Break Mouth Open Community is a Place located in the Township of Gardnersville; of which portion is situated in Electoral District Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), Montserrado County, making it to be a strategic and contested vicinity. The Community comprise of four (4) Blocks, which are Blocks A, B, C, and D. 

The Community, like more other communities, has a youthful population. It is also home to portion of Montserrado Industrial Park.

The Day Break Mouth Open Community has a structural leadership which oversees the day-to-day affairs/activities of the Community.

The Leadership Structure has two (2) categories. The First is Senior Leadership Structure. This Structure consists of the Chair Person, Co-Chair, Secretary General, Financial Secretary, Treasurer, and Champlain. The Second Structure consists of the Youth Wing. Like the Senior Leadership, the Youth Wing consists of a Chair Person, Co-Chair, Secretary, Financial Secretary, Treasurer, and Champlain. There are others appointed positions which can be filled in by the Chair Person appointing power.

An Election was held in January 2025, ushered in a new set of Leaders. These Leaders, ranging from Senior Leadership to the Youth Wing, will be inducted into Office on February 22, 2025. The election was one of the most free, fair and transparent elections ever held.
